Watchmans-Cry---Forerunners-of-America

"If the watchman sees the enemy coming and doesn’t sound the alarm to warn the people, he is responsible for their captivity. They will die in their sins, but I will hold the watchman responsible for their deaths." ~Ezekiel 33:6

America is on a perilous trajectory. Difficulty and danger lay ahead if we fail to heed God's warnings. A watchman is needed to sound the alarm!

It may be that times of increasing difficulty are God's chosen means of alerting us to the consequences of our continued national waywardness. Watchman's Cry seeks to amplify this alarm by evaluating our nation's present difficulties in light of God's Word. God has a redemptive role for America – if we will only heed the watchman's cry.

Becoming Cultural Influencers

Our national warning and our call to respond in faith are both rooted in our gospel mission. If we genuinely want to make a difference in our nation, then we must embrace Jesus’ commission to become God’s cultural change-agents.

Becoming Prepared

Apart from systemic cultural change, divinely permitted seasons of national difficulty are likely inevitable, but this does not absolve us from our responsibility to minister during such seasons. Instead, it could be during these times of difficulty that our ministry is most effective—if we are prepared.
